Vendor Terms & Conditions
Last updated 02 Oct 2026
This is a plain-language summary of how the platform works today. The full legal document will be published here before launch.
Joining as a vendor
- Every vendor application is reviewed by the Bid Bazaar team. You can complete your profile while under review, but you can list products, run auctions, post reels or go live only after approval.
- You must give accurate business, owner and tax details, and keep them up to date.
Listings and auctions
- Describe items honestly, including condition and flaws. Bid Bazaar may reject or remove listings that break the rules.
- You may not bid on your own auctions. Once an auction receives a bid, its price, increment and timing can no longer be changed.
- An auction with a reserve price is sold only if bidding reaches the reserve.
Orders, payments and fees
- Buyers currently pay by Bid Bazaar Wallet or Cash on Delivery. COD orders count as paid when you mark them delivered.
- Bid Bazaar keeps a platform commission on each paid order; the current rate is shown in your Payments section.
- Your earnings are paid out to a verified bank account on request.
- Approved returns are refunded to the buyer's wallet and deducted from your earnings.
Account
- Bid Bazaar may suspend or block accounts that break these rules; suspended accounts cannot sign in.
