What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Business details you submit: business and owner information, addresses, tax IDs, documents and bank accounts for payouts.
- Marketplace activity: your products, auctions, orders, messages and support tickets.
How it's used
- To review your application, run your shop, process orders and pay you.
- Buyers see your shop name and listings. For orders you receive, you see the buyer's name and delivery address so you can ship.
- We don't sell your data to third parties.
Your choices
- You can update your profile from Settings, and contact support to correct or delete your data.
